3 NOTE RECORDER SONGS CODE
On your packing slip, package components are picked and packed individually and are identified with the code "PKGCMP" in the price column. Any backordered components will ship separately as they become available. In-stock components will ship according to our normal shipping time. Pierre has composed Folia variations for many media, including for 1,2,3,&4 recorders, as well as alto recorder & piano. When you order a package, you are charged one price for all package items.
Because most package items or components are also sold separately and may be components of multiple packages, these items may not have the same inventory availability at any point in time. Although packages are sets, items are not physically bundled together. Any item sold as a package on our website is identified by a unique alpha-numeric item number (such as "APH1AB"). A listing of individual items that make up a package is provided on the package item's product detail page along with real-time item availability of those items. I cannot say enough good things about this program We have used it for a year now and are into Book 2 The program is well laid out very clear and builds on each previously learned skill in a way that allows the child to feel a sense of mastery early on In part I think this is because of the songs chosen Penny Gardner has done a wonderful job in selecting songs that are melodic yet simple thus giving a child the sense of actually playing something musical as opposed to playing a simple arrangements of notes with a title The songs have been chosen from various traditions and range from Mozart and Bach to Native American Indian Catalan Renaissance Maori (these are among the prettiest!) and many more Halfway through the book there is an opportunity to play duets together with your child This has been the most fulfilling part of the program for us playing lovely music together It has given a sense of purpose to our lessons to be able to support the melody with a harmony or to carry the melody while one of us plays harmonyWhile I do have some recorder experience I can say with confidence that this method would be easy for any parent with no recorder experience to use You would simply be learning along with your child In short I highly recommend this programĪ "package" is made up of two or more items sold as a set, often for a reduced price.
